Starts Sept 9th and last class Oct 16th 2025: Tuesday/Thursday 530pm-630pm. Includes 12 in class credits to be used by Oct 16th. (can switch to mornings if space is available)(no shows will lose class credit), 1 home/gym workout per week, a group nutrition plan and 6 Inbody Scans(valid until Oct 17/25)

Starts Sept 10th and last class Oct 17th 2025: Wednesday/Friday 530am-630am. Includes 12 in class credits to be used by Oct 17th. 4 Week Momma Strong series
4 weeks of 2 x 45-minute classes per week on Tuesday's and Thursday's starting Tuesday August 19/25 and the last class September 11/25 .8 class credits in total (no shows will lose credits) 0-9 month old babies welcome to come to class! Strength training based classes.
